'Hunger Games'-Inspired Capitol Couture Line Coming To Net-A-Porter
Costume designer Trish Summerville is once again teaming up with a top-notch retailer to bring film fashion to your closet. Much like "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo"-inspired line she launched with H&M in 2011, Trish is collaborating with Net-A-Porter for "The Hunger Games" collection Capitol Couture, according to film studio Lionsgate.
"I am extremely proud of the designs that we created for ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ and there’s no partner more appropriate for ‘Capitol Couture’ than the world’s most cutting-edge luxury retailer," Trish said in a statement.
The collection, which will go on sale in November ahead of "Catching Fire"'s theatrical debut, will feature 16 ready-to-wear pieces, in addition to jewelry and leather goods designed by Trish.
While we hope against hopes that the designer's included a replica wedding dress we can wear to the company Christmas party, you can sign up to receive collection updates via the Net-A-Porter website.
"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth, opens November 22.
Will you be putting a Capitol Couture piece on your wish list?
